This is "Mango Salad". It is really delicious...hahaha :p :p
Tonight we had these few dishes...They are all humble dishes...Anyway we got mango salad...and we got "Fish salad with dried pig skin shreds" I don't know how to call it in English but in Khmer it is called "Naem Trey", which goes so well with Jujube leaves.
This is "Naem Trey"...The side leaves are Jujube's leaves...Wonder what is Jujube? It is called "Slek Konturt" in Khmer...
